Recover the subscribers your dunning emails already lost.
Multi-channel win-back over SMS, WhatsApp, and in-app, for indie apps running Stripe or RevenueCat web checkout. For the part after Smart Retries and the dunning emails have already failed.

You shipped Stripe Smart Retries, or RevenueCat's web-billing dunning emails. It genuinely helps. And a chunk of subscribers still lapse anyway: the ones who don't reopen the dunning email, whose card never gets updated, who just go quiet.
The tools that pick up from there live at Churnkey, Baremetrics Recover, and Churn Buster: SMS nudges, WhatsApp, real win-back sequences, at-risk scoring before the card even fails. $100-250+/mo, built for teams with a finance stack, not a solo dev with 400 subscribers.
So the actual gap isn't "no dunning." It's that dunning stops at email, and nothing indie-priced picks up what's left.
What it does
- SMS and WhatsApp win-back sequences triggered after your existing dunning emails go unopened. The layer after Smart Retries, not a replacement for it.
- Cancellation-flow capture: a real save attempt (reason, offer, pause option) before the subscription actually ends, not just a confirmation screen.
- At-risk scoring on card-decline patterns, so you know which subscribers are worth a manual nudge before they lapse, not after.
Who this isn't for
If your churn is entirely voluntary (people canceling because they're done with the product), this doesn't help. That's a retention problem, not a recovery one. And if Smart Retries plus a dunning email already covers your recovery rate at your current volume, you don't need this yet.
Questions, answered plainly
What do you do with my email?
Just store it, to send you one notification when this opens. We don't share it, sell it, or use it for anything else.
What will I actually get, and when?
One email, when Recover opens to its first users. We're building it now. No fixed date yet, and no progress-update spam before then.
What will this cost?
Priced for indie budgets, not team budgets: think $19-49/mo once it's out of beta, not the $100-250+/mo the concierge tools charge.
What stage is this at?
Early. That's why it's a waitlist, not a live product. We're confirming there's real demand at this price point before building the whole thing.
How do I get off this list?
Email [email protected] and you're off. No automated flow yet, just a real reply to a real person.
